Picnic on the beach…

Hi! This is Albie. This weekend we had a picnic at Seal Beach. We bought two kinds of pizza from two different pizza shops so we could see which pizza we liked the best (lol)! As it turned out, the first pizza shop won because the pizza was thicker and bigger and came with more for the same price.

Then we found a cool shell and souvenir shop and had fun buying all kinds of pretty shells and other nick knacks including a Hawaiian bamboo wind chime! After eating, we enjoyed setting up the shells on the sand and taking a bunch of camera shots of it. The picture with the waves breaking in the background won out and so that’s the one you can see in the picture below!

Stunning Beauty

Hi! This is Albie. Ever been to Zion National Park in Utah? Its a stunning place. It’s like the earth has become something different, something more richer and intense and colorful. 🙂.

It takes your breath away and makes you realize how amazing life can be. And that’s what life is about. Discovering new and amazing things. It’s also about accomplishing great things too. And that’s why I love working online. I love sharing what I love, helping others and earning from it too. I’m guessing you may want a piece of this too and that’s what I love to do…help others discover a little piece of awesomeness.

Now I know I’ve just shared all the amazing things about Zion, but remember its just another place in this world. A place where negative things can still happen and a place where if you had to work hard there, you would still sweat and feel things that might not be as beautiful. And it’s the same working online. There’s still work, there’s still things you don’t always want to do and you still have to be patient to see real results. And sometimes things don’t happen fast enough. That’s the plus and minus of life. But in the end, achieving things you’ve dreamed of is an awesome thing to do and accomplish. It makes you feel alive – even when you’re working hard. And like they say, “if you do something you love, you never really work a day in your life.”

That brings me to you and what decision you could make today that could change so many things! I’m sure you’ve been thinking about it in the back of your mind for a long time. And maybe you’ve tried other things in the meantime, hoping that you could make it happen. But I’m going to share something with you right now that will potentially open your eyes. Beach time (SMILE:)

This week I wanted to share with you our trip to Seal Beach California. It was a beautiful evening walking along the beach, feeling the waves wash up and around your bare feet. My wife and I then walked along the board walk together and enjoyed looking out to sea.

Rock Art at Carlsbad Beach

Beach Day (SMILE:)

The rock art got destroyed by the waves seven times before I was able to take a picture of it finished! Three hours of re-working on it over and over again (lol). I was really worn out and really wet. The waves not only got the rock art but eventually got my shoes and clothes soaking wet. I went home like a wet rat, wet, sandy everywhere with wet socks and shoes.

Sand ‘n Waves!

Hi!

This is Albie, connecting with you either from my home in Pasadena or on my sailboat sailing out to Catalina Island.

The other day I walked down over the warm sand on the beach, and then wading through the ocean water.

.

There’s something so peaceful about it, watching the waves come in and seeing below the white water at the darker wet sand below the surface. Watching the patterns on the sand change too as each wave rolls in.

It’s really captivating and takes your mind off of normal life. I get lots of inspiring thoughts too as I walk and these thoughts sometimes change my whole perspective. I mean one of the reasons I’m even sharing this with you now is because of walks like this.

It’s those inspiring times that can change your life and inspire you to do things with your life you might not have thought about otherwise.
.
 .
Often the sun will be setting and watching the afterglow over the ocean or behind the distant mountains is really beautiful. It’s times like these that I really reach out to connect with God and realize his love for me. Maybe you can relate?
.
.
Anyway, there are some really beautiful times in life and times when an inspiring thought can spin your world around. The thing is, any inspiring thought or goal to achieve something has to be accompanied with real work or that thought will just become a waste ~ or at worst a delusion.
.
.
To be honest, I’m always building my dreams and working daily to achieve them. What was a dream a few years ago, I’ve already achieved and am moving forward to the next one. And some dreams are 10 year goals and I’m still working on those. But the important thing is to get started and get in a habit of slowing achieving them or in a year from now, nothing will have been achieved and you’ll be looking at the same problems.

Hi!

One of my dreams has always been to travel to many different places, take lots of pictures and to write and share it with all of my readers (you). You all are really the best and I’m always hearing nice emails back from you and getting more and more members joining our team every week! 

Maybe you have a dream to travel the world someday too. One of the things I learned many years ago, was that if you had a dream, to see yourself as succeeding and fulfilling your dream each day and to work to bring it about. Honestly, if you can’t vision yourself achieving it, you will never be able to stick with it and make it happen. I know I had a lot of doubts at first but eventually I realized that just by succeeding in daily assignments, that this builds your belief in your vision to achieve it. Honesty I’ve had a lot of success online now and every inch of it has boosted my belief. But this wasn’t always the case.

In fact for over five years, I lived with a lot of failure in this endeavor. Maybe you can relate? 

But this can’t be the end of the story. I found that daily perseverance invited success over time! And God gave us hearts to envision great things and desire to achieve and sharing his love to the world while we travel through it is an awesome goal and the best thing is…we can achieve it! Not just me. Us!
Honestly, you have the ability to achieve it without me but in case you have doubts – I’m inviting you to come with me. 🙂 

The other thing that will help you is working with a TEAM, especially if you are looking to create financial leverage for yourself. Earning While Traveling

Here’s some pictures of our city Hall in Pasadena Ca. It’s built with the same
design as St Paul’s in London England (which by the way, I’ve been to many times).
I especially remember St. Paul’s because it’s inside of Disney’s Mary Poppins (haha).

As you can see I enjoy going to our City Hall in Pasadena because it’s really
a lovely place and because it reminds me of other beautiful places I’ve been in my life. 

I’ve been going there on and off for months now and I always find a new spot
that fascinates me to take a picture of. 

I hope someday you will have a chance to see it also and maybe even it’s sister sites throughout the world that are built with the same architectural designs.

Anyway, I wanted to share with you this week about earning while sharing what you love.
As you can see I love to travel and find a lot of happiness and excitement going to
new places – especially with my lovely wife Janette. 

Honestly it’s not easy to figure out how to earn while sharing what you love or traveling
and I had a hard time of it for many years.
The two tips I can give you are: 
1)
Being consistent at sharing what you love with others every day is vital.
Once you stop doing it, you lose momentum and stop looking for answers.
Even if you only share with people for a few moments every day, it’s the
consistency that counts above everything else. Jim Rohn has a quote
that goes like this: “Failure is not a single, cataclysmic event.
You don’t fail overnight. Instead, failure is a few errors in judgment,
repeated every day.”
2)
All the answers to doing it successfully are out there and Elizabeta
and I are here to help you too. We actively coach and mentor others to learn

Waterfall in Los Angeles Forest

We drove for about an hour out of Los Angeles county up the mountains, to a spot

my son had told us about. He said there was a nice waterfall at the top of the hiking

trail, so we wanted to see it!

First sight of the waterfall

True enough, after hiking about 45 mins or so and we came to it.
The water came crashing down over a cliff.

Little waterfalls along the way.

 Along the way, lovely smaller waterfalls met us often.
They were beautiful and it was a very pleasant hike up
the mountain.

It had snowed recently.

Not only did we meet waterfalls as we hiked up but we also
came to areas still covered with snow! You must understand
that living in Los Angeles rarely gives us the occasion to see
snow as it doesn’t snow except in the mountains. Los Angeles is
much too warm for us to see snow – even in winter.

 On the way down the river, we nearly got wet as we had to jump over river rocks and balance on logs across the river to get across!

 

All in all we had a lovely time.

Even though my lower back 

hurt from a recent injury, I still had a lot of fun. 

It’s been a while since I’ve hiked

up a lovely river!

Out Trip Along the Washington Coast

A few weeks ago we went on a trip along the Washington Coast. We visited a beach with beautiful sand dunes.

Large Crashing Waves!

 The waves were large and crashing and the wind blowing from the east (instead of
blowing from the west as it usually does) was blowing the tops off the waves. It took me
fifteen minutes to catch the photo just right so you could see the spray from the
waves being blown off by the wind!

Also the water was absolutely FREEZING
– not at all like it is in Southern California. In S. CA, the ocean is not warm but
it’s definitely not freezing like it was here. I could barely stand to keep my feet
in the water for more than a few seconds (lol)!

 Pretty river that flows only an eighth of a mile from the beach!

 

All in all we had a lovely time. One of my favorite past times 

is wading along the ocean waves but on this trip I had to 

be content with just walking along the shore as the water 

was WAY TOO COLD!

Out Trip to Cape Disappointment 

This week we went to Cape Disappointment in Washington just across the border from Oregon where the huge Columbia river runs into the ocean. At the mouth of the river into the ocean, it is probably at least five miles wide. I say this because the bridge across the river at its narrowest point is 4 and a half miles wide. At the mouth of the river and along the shore, there were multitudes of shipwrecks due to the fierce winds and deceptive sandbanks. Now it is different because they dredge the river for the big ships and these ships are now engine run instead of wind powered.
 It was called Cape Disappointment because from what I heard, after ships got into the mouth of the river, they still had two miles to go before they could safely anchor.

 Here you can see the light from the Point Head Lighthouse. It was a very hard picture to take because in order to catch sudden burst of light from the lighthouse, you have to count 8 seconds on the first round and 17 on the second. I literally had  to count 1 “Mississippi”, 2 “Mississippi” etc until 17 “Mississippi” and then just snap the picture in faith that the light would shine. The light is too fast to catch. As soon as you see it – it’s gone and there’s not even a second to snap the picture (lol)!
